Commercial cleanouts are different — there's a building manager, an after-hours window, sometimes an asset register, and almost always old IT gear that needs to be wiped and certified. Junkbird is built for that.

We do night and weekend cleanouts to avoid disrupting your business, and our ITAD stream means your old computers come with a NIST 800-88 wipe certificate, not just a bin liner.

What's included

  • Out-of-hours and weekend access
  • Asset register / inventory provided on request
  • ITAD certificate of recovery for IT gear
  • NIST 800-88 wipe certificates available
  • Recurring contracts for strata, real estate, property management
  • Site safety: WHS-compliant crew, PPE, traffic management
